Meet the Anderson family, their home is nestled on a peaceful country property in Fulton County. Here they live with their three children and a son who is in the Marines. They have a passion for outdoor adventures, expressing creativity, and DIY projects. Emphasizing skill development in cooking, home maintenance, and project management, they foster independence in their children, preparing them for the future. Matt and Sunny have a deep purpose to offer hope and new opportunities to all youth who enter their home. At heart, the Andersons prioritize self-development, emotional healing, and nurturing strong family bonds. From the moment you step into their home, the family's warmth is welcoming and focus on building future-ready skills are evident. The Anderson’s hallmark trips are often exploring the outdoors in Kentucky and Tennessee, these adventures are experiences that create memories lasting a lifetime.   • Matt and Sunny utilize Adventure Therapy to promote confidence development, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through hiking, equine therapy, cave exploration, mountain biking, kayaking, art therapy, rage painting, and many more unique experiences for our youth to enjoy.

  • At Sunny Day, the world is a classroom full of opportunities to experience, learn, and develop new skills.  They believe community involvement is a key tool in growth of relationships that foster a deep sense of belonging to something bigger than ourselves.

  • Matt and Sunny consider family dinners, both large and small, as a staple within their home that create a safe and comfortable place for youth to find connection and healing.
