Teaching Parents & Teaching Parent Alternates - Contingent, Part-Time and Full-Time
Representative Essential Duties – Complete Duties provided to candidates upon request

Teach alternative, pro-social behaviors in accordance with CTH policy and procedure manual

Supervise the day-to-day activities of the youths in the group home, in school, in the community and in the youths’ own homes
-
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the youths, their parents, and community agencies responsible for the youths
-
Transport youths to school or school activities, medical appointments, court, community and social service agencies or to any other destination
-
Act in a responsible and independent manner in emergencies

Document daily clinical interventions​

Position: Behavioral Health Provider - Part-Time
Representative Essential Duties:
-
Provide case management/ care coordination for children and families.
-
Provide individual and group therapy to youth, focusing on mental health needs and behavioral health support.

Teach alternative, pro-social behaviors in accordance with CTH policy and procedure manual.
-
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with youth, their parents, and community agencies.
-
Provide crisis intervention as needed, using therapeutic techniques.
-
Document clinical interventions and progress in daily notes in accordance with best practices and agency guidelines.
-
Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, social workers, and medical providers, to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

Required: Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW).
