Teaching Parents & Teaching Parent Alternates - Part-Time and Full-Time
Representative Essential Duties – Complete Duties provided to candidates upon request

Teach alternative, pro-social behaviors in accordance with CTH policy and procedure manual
-
Supervise the day-to-day activities of the youths in the group home, in school, in the community and in the youths’ own homes
-
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the youths, their parents, and community agencies responsible for the youths
-
Transport youths to school or school activities, medical appointments, court, community and social service agencies or to any other destination
-
Act in a responsible and independent manner in emergencies

Document daily clinical interventions
Behavioral Health Clinicians - Part-Time
Representative Essential Duties – Complete Duties provided to candidates upon request

Conduct diagnostic assessment and evaluations to formulate or recommend the clinical diagnosis
-
Develop Individual Service Plan to coordinate care
-
Coordinate and provide individual, group and family therapy
-
Coordinate treatment team meetings to discuss Individual Service Plans (Behavioral Health), Service Plans (Placement), progress reviews, administrative reviews and service summaries
-
Coordinate, monitor and facilitate special groups
-
Provide consultation to teaching parents, families, and other stakeholders to create a multi-disciplinary team approach to services
-
Coordinate clinical services in compliance with company policies and procedures
-
Monitor all behavior plans to ensure best practices and optimal levels of treatment
-
Provide consultation regarding treatment modifications
-
Conduct clinician trainings/meetings, as requested
-
Act in a responsible and independent manner in emergencies
-
Document daily clinical interventions
-
On-call responsibilities, in rotation
