CTH's Response to COVID-19
CTH is an essential business, so we are still open & operating. Effective immediately, all of the CTH team have reduced their in-office hours and are engaged in more telework to minimize potential of exposure. Ensuring the safety of our CTH team and guests during this time is our greatest priority. CTH encourages all of our team to stay home if they are not feeling well. Please call (419) 868-1178 to reach a member of our team at any time. An On-Call staff member is available 24hrs/day.
All Therapy, Case Management & other clinical services are currently being provided via Telehealth services. This will help to ensure safety & continuity of care for all of our clients and their well-being.
Cleaning & Sanitizing
CTH has increased cleaning & sanitizing protocols. All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized multiple times throughout each day. Gloves & hand sanitizer have been made available for all of the team.
The CTH team is participating in social distancing when in the office. To ensure social distancing, modifications have been made to schedules, office locations and limitations with equipment sharing.
Community Teaching Homes, Inc. has been issued CARF accreditation based on its recent survey. The Three-Year Accreditation applies to the following program(s)/ service(s)
