CTH's Response to COVID-19

CTH is an essential business, so we are still open & operating. Effective immediately, all of the CTH team have reduced their in-office hours and are engaged in more telework to minimize potential of exposure. Ensuring the safety of our CTH team and guests during this time is our greatest priority. CTH encourages all of our team to stay home if they are not feeling well. Please call (419) 868-1178 to reach a member of our team at any time. An On-Call staff member is available 24hrs/day.

Telehealth

All Therapy, Case Management & other clinical services are currently being provided via Telehealth services. This will help to ensure safety & continuity of care for all of our clients and their well-being.

Cleaning & Sanitizing

CTH has increased cleaning & sanitizing protocols. All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized multiple times throughout each day. Gloves & hand sanitizer have been made available for all of the team.

Social Distancing

The CTH team is participating in social distancing when in the office. To ensure social distancing, modifications have been made to schedules, office locations and limitations with equipment sharing.

CARF Accreditation
 

Community Teaching Homes, Inc. has been issued CARF accreditation based on its recent survey. The Three-Year Accreditation applies to the following program(s)/ service(s)

  • Assessment and Referral: Integrated: AOD/MH (Children and Adolescents)

  • Case Management/ Services Coordination: Integrated: AOD/MH (Children and Adolescents)

  • Crisis Intervention: Integrated: AOD/MH (Children and Adolescents)

  • Outpatient Treatment: Integrated: AOD/MH (Children and Adolescents)

  • Residential Treatment: Integrated: AOD/MH (Children and Adolescents

This accreditation will extend through February 28, 2022. This achievement is an indication of your organization's dedication and commitment to improving the quality of the lives of the persons served. Services, personnel, and documentation clearly indicate an established pattern of conformance to standards.

CTH is a QRTP Effective 10/1/2021
 

A QRTP (Qualified Residential Treatment Program) is a new designation for therapeutic placements. QRTPs must be accredited, utilize a trauma-informed treatment model, staffed by a registered or accredited nursing and clinical staff in accordance with the treatment model, include family members in the treatment process and offer at least six months of follow up post discharge. CTH became a QRTP effective October 1, 2021.
